Game Submission Terms & Attribution
By submitting your game to Primo Game Studio, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ownership & Rights
You confirm that you own all rights to the game you are submitting, or have explicit written permission from the copyright holder. You grant Primo Game Studio a non-exclusive license to display, embed, and link to your game on primogamestudio.com.
2. Attribution
All games will be credited with:
- Your name or studio name
- A link to your portfolio, website, or game page (e.g., itch.io)
- A link to your social media or contact information (optional)
Attribution will appear on the game’s dedicated page on our site.
3. Content Guidelines
- Games must be HTML5 and playable in a web browser.
- No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
- No malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- No copyrighted material you do not own (including music, sprites, or code).
- No adult or sexually explicit content.
4. Takedown (DMCA)
If you believe a game on our site infringes your copyright, contact us at admin@primogamestudio.com with a DMCA takedown notice. We will remove the infringing content promptly upon verification.
5. No Liability
Primo Game Studio is not responsible for third-party game content, functionality, or damages arising from playing submitted games. Games are provided “as is” without warranty.
6. Review & Approval
All submissions are reviewed before publishing. We reserve the right to reject or remove any game at our discretion, with or without notice.
